Gigi Halsing, Extra Hands for Your Events I have over 13 years of experience in the event industry, 25+ years experience in the restaurant industry as a waitress and bartender, and 20+ years experience as a business owner.

Because of my length of experience in the restaurant and event industry, I know what is needed to make your party a success. My staff and I are well-trained, and we are both professional and welcoming to your guests.

As a long-time business owner, I understand the importance of customer satisfaction. I take pride in my work. I spend the time to find out what you expect, and make sure that your expectations are met.
